Aerial Rigging, Inc., is the preferred in-house rigging contractor for Sanibel Harbor Marriott Resort & Spa. Our primary obligation is to ensure that all rigging is carried out in a safe efficient manner. We must approve your rigging design to ensure that it is efficient and that it does not exceed approved loads.
We are responsible to install and dismantle all your equipment needs that require rigging. We are responsible to the hotel to ensure that we respect the structural limitations of the meeting rooms as established by their engineers, and to safeguard all the hotel equipment and installations. Aerial will exclusively provide all necessary chain hoist motors and rigging supplies.
We encourage you to download the CADs of the Ballrooms. During your design phase, please contact us regarding the specific rigging requirements for your event. We will require, 14 days prior to load in, a plot plan showing all lighting, audio, video, and scenic equipment that requires rigging. Your drawings can be faxed or e-mailed to us in DWG, DWF, or EPS format.
Aerial will submit a quote detailing our estimate of the cost of the work to be performed and services to be provided. Clients must sign and return the quote prior to any work performed or services provided. There will be no exceptions made to this. We fully understand that running an event can be very stressful. It is our objective to provide you with all the cooperation, technical assistance, labor services, and equipment you require, while at the same time discharging our responsibilities to ensure adherence to OSHA safety requirements and the need to safeguard the assets of Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort and Spa. We appreciate your business and promise you that we will do everything in our power to ensure the success of your event.

We must receive these rigging plots at least fourteen (14) days in advance of an event. We can rig the ballrooms to provide for a professional caliber performance or concert.
